Stephanie was wonderful! I knew right away Stephanie was the perfect fit
for us because her first email to us seemed more like correspondence
between friends than between complete strangers. Stephanie did so much
for us in a little amount of time.
- She created excellent bridal portraits for my hubby as his wedding gift.
- She took beautiful Engagement portraits of us and our Great Dane,
Moose. Some people can be hesitant around Moose since he is big, but she
was not at all. She captured a great family moment photo of us feeding
Moose ice cream. It's frameworthy for sure.
- She did an amazing job capturing our intimate wedding (one weekend)
- She did another amazing job capturing our reception the following weekend.
Stephanie and her second shooter, Sara, were personal, friendly and
always laughing. Both ladies made my husband and I feel comfortable and
at ease. Stephanie's attention to detail shines through from your first
meeting to her coverage on the wedding day. Stephanie and Sara came
early to our wedding dinner to capture room photographs before they
started shooting all the wedding day coverage. Stephanie also came early
to our reception dinner to capture photographs before everyone arrived.
Stephanie went above and beyond her role as our photographer! She
supplied my mom with a engagement photo so my mom could create custom
Champagne bottles as a surprise for my husband and I. Stephanie also set
up an ipad with wedding photos from our ceremony so all our reception
guests could see our romantic wedding.
Stephanie is a talented photographer who strives for getting the

I heard about Shutterwinks through a family friend. From the first interaction to the last everything was a complete ease and ultimately a HUGE success. Stephanie has a great longtime friend of hers who assisted on our day and they worked so well together. We wanted a lot of candid shots instead of poses. They were both able to interact with the crowd and chaos while capturing great shots. Those that were posed were quickly put together and did not take long. Stephanie laid out the whole night and explained to us what we were getting. She checked with the both of us SEVERAL times before leaving for the night which I really appreciated as that allowed us to get several more shots from the night. After the wedding, the pictures were available in a quick turnaround and were sent to us on DVD which was rewritable and a great website that even allowed us to order through a professional printing company.
Yes, I would recommend Shutterwinks over any other photographer for great service, professionalism, and pictures. If you are looking for a fancy album you can take the pictures that Shutterwinks provides to someone or do it yourself to save some money.

My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Stephanie as a wedding photographer! She is extremely personable to work with, and very flexible with whatever shots, poses, etc you might desire. We appreciated that she wanted to get to know who we are as people in order to better serve us on our wedding day. She devoted a lot of time to both preparing for and shooting our wedding, and went above and beyond both before and after the event. Her photography is absolutely top notch.

In the past we had been going to a large photography place in the mall because we wanted to save money. However, if we wanted any editing or the CD of photos we would spend at least $250. Furthermore, because it was a large place we were rushed, the photos were cheezy, and the lighting left more to be desired.
With Shutterwinks everything was completely delightful. Steph allowed us to pick the place and time we wanted to go, we had a two hour session, and received a CD of edited photos that we could print out very cost efficiently.
Personally, our session was so romantic and touching. We choose to have our session at the college where "our story" had begun. It was so neat to have pictures of my husband and I under the tree where we fist spoke to one another. Adding to the romance was the fact of having our little daughter run around and get photographed in such memorable locations throughout the campus. All the pictures turned out so well, and Steph kept coming up with new and creative picture ideas. I personally love the one she took of our belt buckles on a whim, and the one of our daughter's feet in a heart drawn in the sand. Now, that's something that would have never happened at the mall.
We love our Shutterwinks photos and they will be treasured always!
